Enbek HR mobile application has been launched in Kazakhstan. It is fully synchronized with the workforce portal hr.enbek.kz (hereinafter referred to as the Portal), which allows employees to receive information about employment contracts registered in the Unified System of Accounting for Employment Contracts via a smartphone.
In the Enbek HR mobile application, employees can view their employment contracts in their personal account, download a certificate from their place of work and information from their personal file – photos, identity card data, passports, information about education, work activity, medical certificate 075/y, registration information in psycho/drug/tube dispensaries, etc.
Through the application or in the personal account on the Portal, the employee can also confirm his consent to provide the employer with access to the listed personal data in order to form an electronic personal file for employment.
In case of detection of irrelevant information on the employment contract, the employee has the opportunity to send a request to change the data of the employment contract, enter information about the termination of the employment contract or delete.
To form a request, select the "employment contract", select the action "terminate, delete or edit data", specify the required information, attach a supporting document (in JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF format) and confirm in the application with the code received via SMS. After the above procedures, the request is sent to the employer's personal account on the Portal for consideration, if there are no actions from the employer within three working days, the authorized body considers the request and makes a decision also within three working days.
To use the services of the application, it is enough to have a mobile number registered in the Database of mobile citizens. If the employee was previously registered on the Portal, then no additional registration is required in the mobile application – authorization is carried out under the current login and password for the Portal.
The Enbek HR app and the hr.enbek portal.kz are part of the digital employment ecosystem of the Electronic Labor Exchange. This ecosystem accompanies citizens on their professional path: from choosing a profession to formalizing labor relations.
