To implement the main objectives and carry out its functions of state institution "Department for labor inspection of Aktobe region" in the framework of its competence has the right:
1) to request and receive, within its competence information from the relevant public authorities, other organizations and enterprises irrespective of forms of ownership located on their territory and individuals necessary to perform responsibilities of the state institution "Department for labor inspection of Aktobe region" functions and tasks;
2) submit to the akim of the Aktobe region and the Aktobe regional maslikhat proposals for resolving issues related to the competence of the state institution "Department of labor inspection of the Aktobe region»;
3) consider the issues of formation and implementation of gender and family-demographic policy;
4) participate in the preparation of projects of the Aktyubinsk region akimat;
5) carry out inspections and other forms of state control on compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of labor relations in accordance with the established procedure and within the scope of competence;
6) participate in the work of commissions and working groups to discuss issues within the competence of the state institution "Department of labor inspection of the Aktobe region".
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 113 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, wages are established and paid in cash in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan at least once a month no later than the first decade of the following month. The date of payment of wages is provided for in labor and collective agreements. If the day of payment of wages coincides with weekends or holidays, the payment is made on the eve of them.
According to paragraph 27, paragraph 2, Article 23 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the employer is obliged to provide information on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract with an employee, amendments to it and (or) additions containing information provided for in the sub-paragraphs 1), 2), 3), 4), 5) and 13) of paragraph 1 of Article 28 of this Code, in the unified system of accounting for employment contracts
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 187 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Employer immediately reports an accident related to labor activity within a day in the form established by the authorized state labor body:
