social measures will be provided to specialists through the approved list of required specialties. the term for rendering public services has been reduced to 6 business days;
social support measures in the form of a budget loan for the purchase or construction of housing are not used for the purchase of residential premises from close relatives (spouse, grandparents), parents (including adoptive parents), children (including adopted children), full-and half-siblings), as well as for the purchase of residential premises in which a citizen permanently resides;
The permanent Commission for providing social support measures to specialists has been removed;
Social support measures are not provided to service recipients who are in arrears on previously issued loans until they are fully repaid.
When deciding on granting of measures of social support in the form of the budgetary loan for purchase or construction of housing district akimat informs the expert on the need to provide the following documents: in the provision of budget credit for acquisition of housing: the appraisal of the acquired property, a written consent for co-financing in excess of the value of the acquired property over the amount of provided budget loan. When providing a budget loan for housing construction: a certificate of assessment of collateral, a contract for insurance of collateral, a written consent to co-financing if the cost of housing construction exceeds the amount of the budget loan issued.
After the conclusion of the agreement: the service provider within one working day transfer a sum installation grant for the account of the service recipient; the attorney (agent) within three business days after the registration of the pledge agreement in the order established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall issue to the applicant a loan for the purchase or construction of housing taking into account the appraisal of the purchased real estate or collateral.
To receive social support measures, the specialist provides the following documents:
when receiving a lifting allowance:
- Application form in accordance with Annex 2 to the rules;
- the document proving the identity (for identification);
- a copy of the diploma of education;
- a copy of the employment record, certified by the personnel service at the place of work.
2) when receiving a budget loan for the purchase of housing:
- Application form in accordance with Annex 2 to the rules;
- the document proving the identity (for identification);
- a copy of the diploma of education;
- a copy of the employment record, certified by the personnel service at the place of work;
- certificate of state registration of marriage (matrimony) for identification (for service recipients who are married);
- Report from the credit Bureau;
3) when receiving a budget loan for housing construction:
- Application form in accordance with Annex 2 to the rules;
- the document proving the identity (for identification);
- a copy of the diploma of education;
- a copy of the employment record, certified by the personnel service at the place of work;
- certificate of state registration of marriage (matrimony) for identification (for service recipients who are married);
- Report from the credit Bureau.
You can simultaneously apply for a lifting allowance and a budget loan for the purchase or construction of housing.
