THE STATEMENT, REPORTED ON THE REOPENING OF MOSQUES

Dear Jamaat,
as you know, yesterday at a meeting of the state Commission, a plan for the gradual abolition of quarantine measures was considered. Proposals were made to simplify restrictive measures in connection with the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the country. However, it turned out that religious institutions were still among the prohibited objects.
The spiritual administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan suggested that the competent authorities reopen mosques in compliance with quarantine requirements. In the course of negotiations, the DUMK proposal is at the stage of approval. Mosques are planned to be opened in stages with a maximum occupancy rate of 30% and a requirement of 4 square meters per visitor. There is great hope that, God willing, our mosques will soon reopen.
Dear brothers and sisters!
Of course, we are all saddened by the fact that the houses of Allah are empty and there is no way to worship in them. In early may, as the epidemiological situation in the country began to improve, the SAMC began reopening mosques. However, this did not last long. In connection with the intensification of the epidemic, the mosques had to close its doors. After all, the number of infected and dead has increased dramatically.
Islam has always valued human life and health. And all the measures taken by our state against infectious diseases are aimed at saving humanity. We need to understand this.
Due to the fact that mosques are crowded places, the DUMK was forced to temporarily restrict the activities of mosques. This decision was made not only in our country, but also in other Muslim countries. God willing, this is a temporary test.
The situation is now stabilizing. If we show a little patience, we will reach the day when we will perform the JAMA'at prayer. Everything is in the hands of Allah . So let's not stop making Dua.
Allah promises us: "If My servants ask you about Me, I am near and answer the call of the one who prays when he calls to Me. Let them answer Me and believe in Me, so that they may follow the right path» (Surah al-Baqarah, 186-ayat), " Call upon Me and I will answer you» (Surah "al-Ghafir", 60-ayat).
Therefore, let us be patient, pray constantly, obey the rules and regulations, and fulfill our Muslim duty. God willing, these days will soon be over.
May our mosques soon open their doors for worship. Amin!
