Order of the Minister of religious Affairs and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 26, 2017 No. 113.

In accordance with subparagraph 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "on public services" ORDER:
1. Make the following changes to the order of the Minister of culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 23, 2015 No. 147 "on approval of standards of state services in the sphere of religious activity" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 11183, published in the information and legal system "Adilet" on June 19, 2015)::
1) the standard of the state service "registration And re-registration of persons engaged in missionary activities", approved by the specified order, should be set out in the wording in accordance with Annex 1 to this order;
2) the standard of the state service "Coordination of activities of foreign religious associations in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan", approved by the specified order, should be set out in the wording in accordance with Annex 2 to this order;
3) the standard of the state service "Approval of appointment of heads of religious associations in the Republic of Kazakhstan by foreign religious centers", approved by the specified order, should be set out in the wording in accordance with Annex 3 to this order;
4) state service standard "conducting religious studies expertise" approved by the specified order, set out in the wording in accordance with Annex 4 to this order;
5) standard of the state service "issue of the approval of the special stationary premises for the dissemination of religious literature and other informational materials of religious content, religious objects", confirmed by the specified order to state in edition according to Appendix 5 to this order;
6) the standard of the state service " Issue of the decision on approval of the location of premises for holding religious events outside of religious buildings (structures)", approved by the specified order, should be set out in the wording in accordance with Annex 6 to this order;
7) the standard of the state service "Issue of the decision on construction of religious buildings( structures), determination of their location", approved by the specified order, to state in edition according to Appendix 7 to this order;
8) the standard of the state service " Issue of the decision on conversion (change of functional purpose) of buildings (constructions) into religious buildings (constructions)" approved by the specified order, to state in edition according to Appendix 8 to this order.
2. the Committee on religious Affairs of the Ministry of religious Affairs and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order, send a copy of it in paper and electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican center for legal information" for official publication and inclusion in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) placement of this order on the official Internet resource of the Ministry of religious Affairs and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) within ten working days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission to the Legal Department of the Ministry of religious Affairs and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1), 2) and 3) of this paragraph.
3. control over the implementation of this order shall be assigned to the supervising Vice-Minister for religious Affairs and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
