The Department of organization and planning is a structural division Of the Department of religious Affairs (hereinafter-the Department) and reports directly to the head of the Department;

The division carries out its activities in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of President and government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of akim of the region, instruction on accounting in organizations financed from the funds of Republican and local budgets, Regulation about the state institution "Directorate for religious Affairs of Aktobe region"

Tasks of the Department:

-maintaining personnel records of civil servants in accordance with the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on civil service of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

-maintaining accounting records in accordance with the instructions on accounting in organizations maintained at the expense of local budgets;

-development and examination of management documents in accordance with regulatory legal acts;

-preparation and implementation of the action Plan aimed at combating corruption in management.
