Determines the need for spare parts, assists in the purchase of agricultural machinery, equipment, fuels and lubricants, prepares information on the purchase of agricultural machinery;
Organizes the provision of information to higher authorities on the repair and readiness of agricultural machinery for spring field and autumn field work;
In the field of technical inspection, in accordance with the approved rules and standards of public services, he accepts theoretical exams at examination points, issues and replaces certificates of a tractor driver;
Carries out the timely issuance of responses to requests from authorized state bodies and their control over the execution of decisions when imposing arrests, restrictions, encumbrances on tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers for them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled agricultural, land reclamation and road - construction machines and mechanisms, special off-road vehicles and timely issuance of responses to inquiries, imposition and removal of arrests;
Performs accounting and analysis of the need to provide special products of strict accountability necessary for the implementation of the activities of the technical inspection and its distribution, according to the applications submitted by the district departments of agriculture;
Provides practical assistance to engineer-inspectors of district, city departments of agriculture to avoid mistakes and violations in the provision of public services;
Carries out measures to prevent corruption in the agro-industrial complex;
Together with financial institutions (LLP "Aktobe agroservice") develops a financial and economic justification for the allocation of funds from the budget;
