4. Organization of acquisition, maintenance of high quality breeding animals and rearing of replacement young animals for expanded reproduction;
5. Development of regional (regional) programs for the preservation and development of livestock breeding;
6. Subsidizing the costs for the acquisition and maintenance of producers and storage of breeding products (material) in the established breeding centers;
7. Subsidizing the rates of remuneration of loans received for the purchase of breeding animals;
8. Subsidizing the maintenance of high-class breeding queens and the purchase of breeding cattle by agricultural producers;
9. Subsidizing to improve productivity and product quality;
10. Organization of work on the introduction of artificial insemination of farm animals;
11. Acquisition of cryogenic equipment for distribution centers and centers for artificial insemination of animals;
12. Maintaining and publishing the state register of breeding animals;
13. Determination of the annual quotas for the sold pedigree products (material within the standards established by the centers), subject to subsidies for each species and in the context of each subject in the field of livestock breeding, within the funds provided in the budget for the specified purposes;
14. Generalization of data on grading and informing stakeholders about its results in order to stimulate the effective use of high-value breeding animals;
15. Implementation of subsidies for each type of pedigree products (material), carried out at the expense of budgetary funds, within the limits established by the central authorized body;
16. Providing assistance in the development of a business plan for the development of animal husbandry to agricultural producers;
17. Organization of work on the dissemination of innovative experience in the field of agro-industrial complex.
