Сегодня, 10 февраля, состоялся отчет акима Актюбинской области Ондасына Уразалина перед населением, в ходе которого были озвучены итоги социально-экономического развития региона в 2020 году и обозначены задачи на текущий год. В связи с ограничительными мерами встреча прошла в режиме онлайн.
Глава региона уделил особое внимание вопросам увеличения доходов граждан, улучшения благосостояния населения региона в 2020 году.
«Из-за приостановки деятельности предприятий, карантинных ограничений возникли риски снижения доходов граждан. В целях решения данной проблемы были приняты эффективные меры. В частности, во время ЧП социальные выплаты на сумму 20 млрд. тенге получили почти 520 тысяч актюбинцев. Более 900 предприятий увеличили зарплату 30 тыс сотрудникам в среднем от 10 до 50%. В целом, среднемесячная зарплата жителей области выросла на 13,4%, достигнув 173,4 тысяч тенге. В текущем году работа по повышению доходов населения будет продолжена», - сообщил аким области.
На «Дорожную карту занятости», позволившую значительно улучшить инфраструктуру и создать дополнительные рабочие места, было выделено 41,5 млрд.тг. Львиная доля средств была направлена на реализацию 300 социальных и инфраструктурных проектов, дополнительно было создано более 12,1 тыс. рабочих мест.
«Создание новых рабочих мест и трудоустройство населения, особенно с учетом непростых условий было одним из приоритетных направлений развития региона в прошлом году. Нам удалось не допустить роста безработицы и удержать ее на уровне 4,8% при среднереспубликанском уровне 5%. Было создано более 23 тыс новых рабочих мест, порядка 60% - постоянных. Программой развития продуктивной занятости и массового предпринимательства охвачено 54,2 тыс человек. В текущем году мы будем работать над созданием не менее 23 тыс новых рабочих мест.
Также продолжится реализация программы «Еңбек», которой планируется охватить порядка 50 тысяч человек. Адресную социальную помощь получат более 40 тысяч человек на сумму более 3 млрд. тенге, гарантированный соцпакет - более 12 тысяч детей на 1 млрд.тенге, жилищную помощь более 1,1 тысяч семей», - подчеркнул Ондасын Уразалин
