In accordance with subparagraph 8 of paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 148 dated January 23, 2001 "On Local State Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Alga District Territorial Election Commission DECIDES:
To state that in connection with the submission of the application dated August 16, 2021, there was a foundation that entails the termination of the powers of the deputy of the Alginsky regional maslikhat Kruzhilko Svetlana Georgievna, elected on the party list of the Nur Otan party.
Submit a proposal to the Alga regional maslikhat on the early termination of the deputy powers of the deputy of the Alga regional maslikhat Svetlana Georgievna Kruzhilko, elected from the party list of the Nur Otan party.
