The cost on the websites is 50% of the total amount of the materials of the election campaign posted in the publications.
Provided text, photo, etc. the material of the candidate for akims of cities of regional significance, villages, townships, rural districts of the Republic of Kazakhstan is signed by him personally (each page) with a covering letter, or by a person who has a power of attorney from the candidate for the right to sign election campaign documents. If the above conditions are not met, the material is removed from publication in the newspaper.
Placement (positioning) on the strip of election campaign materials is made at the discretion of the editorial board.
A 100 percent prepayment is established for the development of the layout and provision of the printed area.
Placement of the election campaign is accompanied by the “Elections-2021” stamp (this stamp must be placed in the space of the advertised material). The election campaign material is accompanied by information about the source of its funding.
