On the formation of electoral districts for elections of akims of rural districts of the Alga region
In accordance with subparagraph 6) of Article 14, paragraph 4 of Article 21, Article 22 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Alga District Election Commission DECIDES:
Form the following constituencies for elections of akims of rural districts of the Alga region:
1) within the boundaries of the territory of the Tokmansay rural district - the Tokmansay electoral district;
2) within the boundaries of the territory of the Ushkudyk rural district - the Ushkudyk electoral district.
Publish a list of constituencies with an indication of their boundaries and the location of the territorial election commission on the website of the Alga District Election Commission and in the district newspaper "Zhuldyz-Zvezda".
