Within the framework of the state program "Development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship" Enbek "for 2017-2021", for 2021 the plan is 2926 people. It is planned to attract 3,170 people to active employment measures.
To date, in the areas of the "Enbek" program, we provide the following indicators:
- employed for vacant jobs - 592 people, the plan is 1760 people;
- directed to youth practice - 32 people, plan 127;
- directed to social jobs - 60 people, plan 127;
- 551 people were sent to publicly paid work, plan 793.
- Detachment "Zhasyl El" sent - 350 people;
- from the funds of the MB for 3-month work - 313 people;
- from the funds of the Republic of Belarus for 12 month work - 130 people;
59 people were sent to short-term courses, the plan was 85 people.
79 people were sent to the courses "Bastau Business", the plan was 70 people. To date, 41 people have completed training and received certificates.
78 grants have been allocated for irrevocable grants, 22 have been completed.
At the expense of the IB - 28 grants;
At the expense of the Republic of Belarus - 50 grants.
Microcrediting for the current year is planned 28 projects (120 million tenge). -35 projects were credited (152.2 million tenge).
Under the agreement of generations, 3 people were sent, the plan was 6 people. This is an activity aimed at further employment of a working employee who has reached retirement age as a participant in the "Enbek" program. The program participant will be employed in a permanent place of work for at least 12 months.
3 people were sent to the first place of work, the plan was 7 people. This project is being implemented for the first time for graduates looking for work, youth not older than 29 years old and without work experience. The peculiarity of this project is that the employer finds a permanent job for a period of at least 24 months. That is, the first 12 months are paid through the employment center, and the next 12 months are paid by the employer from their own funds.
Currently, the number of unemployed is 953 (5.1%). It is planned that by the end of the year the unemployment rate will be 3.0%. Of these, unemployed youth are 394 people, which is 2.4%.
