By the decision of the regional maslikhat dated September 26, 2017 No. 116 "On determining the size and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Alga region", housing assistance is provided at the expense of the local budget to low-income families living in the Alga region. The acceptance of applications and the issuance of the results of the provision of public services is carried out in accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 16, 2020 No. 539 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of public services" Assignment of housing assistance ". To obtain public services, the recipient can apply to the non-profit joint-stock company “State Corporation“ Government for Citizens ”or to the web portal of“ electronic government ”www.egov.kz. Housing Assistance is assigned from the beginning of the application month for the current quarter. The assignment and payment of housing assistance is carried out by the district department of employment and social programs.
For the appointment of housing assistance for 2021, 3837.0 thousand tenge were allocated from the local budget. As of June 1, 2021, 77 families with a family of 195 people were assigned and paid housing assistance for a total of 955.0 thousand tenge.
