Resolution of the Akimat of the Alga district of the Aktobe region of May 24, 2019 No. 203. Registered by the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region on May 28, 2019 No. 6199
In accordance with article 28 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated On April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts" the Akimat of the Alga District DECIDES:
Together with the Alga District Territorial Election Commission (as agreed), determine the places for placing campaign printed materials for all candidates, in accordance with Appendix 1.
Provide, on a contractual basis, premises for candidates to meet with voters, in accordance with Appendix 2.
To recognize as invalid the following resolutions of the Akimat of the Alga region:
1) Resolution of the Akimat of the Alga region of August 19, 2014 No. 330 "On the determination of places for placing campaign printed materials of candidates during the election period" (registered in the state register of regulatory legal acts No. 4022, published on September 9, 2014 in the district newspaper "Zhuldyz- Star");
2) Resolution of the Akimat of the Alga region of June 11, 2015 No. 258 "On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the Alga region of August 19, 2014 No. 330" On the determination of places for placing campaign printed materials of candidates during the election period "(registered in the Register of State Registration normative legal acts for No. 4427, published on July 23, 2015 in the information and legal system "adilet")
The state institution "Akim's Office of the Alga region", in the manner prescribed by law, shall ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Aktobe region;
2) the direction of this resolution for official publication in periodicals and the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form;
3) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Alga region.
Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the deputy akim of the region A. Konzhar.
This resolution comes into force from the day of its first official publication.
