On requests received from individuals and legal entities
In 2020, the Alga region received 2,127 applications from individuals and legal entities. Of these, 2,040 appeals, 14 complaints, 73 letters with suggestions and inquiries. Of the received applications, 1,180 were satisfied, 670 applications were clarified in accordance with the requirements of the Law, 275 applications were sent to the relevant institutions in accordance with the content. In 2020, in connection with the covid-19 pandemic, 176 online applications for the appointment of social assistance in the amount of 42,500 tenge were received through the e-government portal. 74 applications were received to receive targeted social assistance, which were sent to the district department of employment and social programs.
Reception of citizens
In the past 2020, the akim of the district received 122 citizens on personal matters. Of the 122 residents who arrived at the reception, 88 questions relate to the sphere of housing and communal services, 7 questions relate to land issues and 20 questions about employment, receiving targeted social assistance, 3 - the field of entrepreneurship, 2 - education, 1-sports and 1-environmental protection. In addition, in 2020, at the reception of the district akim, an analysis of the received applications from individuals and legal entities of the city of Alga and rural districts was carried out. As a result of the analytical work, in the Alga region in 2019, 159 citizens were attending, in 2020, 122 citizens were at a personal reception. This figure compared to last year decreased by 76.7% due to quarantine restrictions in the country.
