Within the framework of the state program for the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship "Enbek" for 2017 - 2021. it is planned to employ 2,444 people in 2020, to date 2,912 people have taken part in measures to promote employment, the plan has been fulfilled by 119% percent.
SOCIAL JOBS
If according to the plan for 2020. it was necessary to create 80 social jobs, in fact, 117 people were employed, the plan was fulfilled by 146.2% percent.
It is planned to attract 647 unemployed citizens for PAID PUBLIC WORKS, of which:
Detachment "Zhasyl El" - 78 students;
For three months work at the expense of the local budget - 300 citizens;
For six months of work on anti-crisis measures at the expense of the republican budget - 269 citizens.
Currently, 760 people are employed for temporary work, the plan has been fulfilled by 117%.
SHORT TERM TRAINING
This year, it was planned to train 62 people, since July 1, 63 unemployed citizens have been sent to training in the specialties of a cook (23 people), an assistant educator (nanny of 15 people), a gas-electric welder (12 people), a tractor driver (13 people). The plan was fulfilled by 101.6 percent.
According to the changes made to the Rules this year, citizens are sent for training on the basis of four third-party agreements, namely 1. Employment Center, 2. Training Center, 3. Unemployed Citizen and 4. Employer. Accordingly, according to the contract, if, after completing the training course, an unemployed person refuses to work for the employer, he will have to return the tuition fees and scholarships, or vice versa, if the employer refuses to hire a person, he will have to reimburse all his training costs.
To date, all citizens have completed their studies and are employed. The plan was fulfilled 100 percent.
It is planned to train 80 citizens for the BASTAU BUSINESS COURSES, they were trained in stages in 3 stages. Due to the measures against the pandemic, this year the training took place in an online format. Since the beginning of the year, 91 participants have been sent to business courses through the employment center, of whom 12 people were expelled due to employment for permanent jobs and of their own free will (Ushkudyk - 1; Karakudyk - 1, Karagash - 3; Alga - 6; Bestamak - one).
NON-REFUNDABLE GRANTS
This year, the amount of state non-refundable grants is determined for everyone in the amount of 200 MCI or 555.6 thousand tenge. The main condition for the issuance of grants is that the participant is unemployed and trained in Bastau Business courses.
In 2020, 30.0 million tenge were allocated for 54 grants, of which 10 grants in the amount of 5.5 million tenge from the finances of the district budget.
Since the beginning of the year, 7 meetings of the commission have been held, out of the 131 projects provided, 76 have been approved and 42.3 million tenge have been spent.
And also from the funds allocated for short-term courses due to savings, an additional 7.8 million tenge was redistributed for 14 grants.
MICROLENDING
Plan for 2020 74 people 296.0 million tenge:
Actually completed - 99 people for a total amount of 461.4 million tenge, funds were spent by 155%;
For the passage of YOUTH PRACTICE 141 graduates of higher and secondary educational institutions were allocated 33.0 million tenge.
To date, the plan has been fulfilled by 121.2% percent, 171 graduates are sent to youth practice.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE UNEMPLOYED FOR OPPORTUNITIES
Since the beginning of the year, within the framework of the Enbek program, it is planned to employ 1,250 people, but in order to prevent conflict between the population during an emergency, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan increased this figure by 1,736, it was decided to employ an additional 486 citizens. To date, 1,748 unemployed people have been employed in the district for permanent jobs, the plan has been fulfilled by 100%.
According to the territorial development program, 931 new jobs were created as of January 1, 2021 (plan 930), of which 692 are permanent, compared to last year, the plan was fulfilled by 121.4%.
EMPLOYMENT OF THE UNEMPLOYED BY THE PROGRAM "EMPLOYMENT ROADMAP 2020-2021"
In the Alga region, 14 projects have been approved. In total, during the implementation of projects, 410 temporary jobs should be created. 205 of them are employed through the employment center. At present, all projects have been launched, 7 projects have been completed, 251 unemployed have been employed.
NUMBER OF UNEMPLOYED
At the end of the year, 523 unemployed citizens were registered, the level of official unemployment is 2.9%.
