Kurmangaliev Almas

Almas Kurmangaliev was born in 1991 in the Aktobe Region.

He has two higher education degrees in Finance and Law. He graduated from S. Baishev Aktobe University and the Regional Social-Innovation University.

Карьера

He began his professional career in 2010 as a Pump Unit Operator at Voskhod-Khrom LLP.

Since 2013, he has worked in public service at the Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the Aktobe Region, progressing from a youth internship trainee to Head of a Department.

In 2021, he served as Head of the Human Resources Management and Mobilization Department at the Aktobe Regional Department of Healthcare.

From 2021 to 2025, he worked at the Office of the Akim of the Aktobe Region, holding the positions of Chief Specialist and Chief Inspector of the Unified Human Resources Management Service (HR Service).

In 2025–2026, he served as Head of the Economics and Budget Planning Department of the Aktobe Regional Department of Healthcare and subsequently as Head of the Martuk District Department of Employment and Social Programs.

Since October 1, 2026 — Head of the Office of the Akim of Alga District.
