Progress of completed works in 2022:
1. "Construction of an object of two two-storey eight-apartment rental and communal residential buildings in the village of T. Zhurgenov of Aitekebiysky district (Komsomolskoye village)" (without external engineering networks) was started in 2021 in the amount of 31.0 million tenge, in 2022 34.4 million tenge. mastered. 2. The facility was put into operation on time.
3. "Construction of engineering networks for meat, milk processing workshops and a workshop for the production of confectionery products of a wide profile of Berik-AB LLP of the Karabutak rural district of the Aitekebi district". The cost of the project is 15,634.0 thousand tenge. (Contractor - Utes Aktobe LLP). The facility was put into operation on time.
4. Carrying out a gas pipeline to meat processing shops and a shop for the production of confectionery products of a wide profile"Berik-AB LLP of the Karabutak rural district of the Aitekebi district". The cost of the project is 7.0 million tenge (Contractor - Remstroy LLP), all allocated funds have been disbursed, the facility has been commissioned on time.
5. In order to determine the plan for the development of villages and the improvement of villages in 2022, a master plan was developed, which was approved at a meeting of the district maslikhat, combined with a detailed planning plan of 2 (two) villages (Zhabasak and Enbektu). There are 2 (two) projects in total – 26.0 million tenge.
WATER SUPPLY
Providing the population with quality drinking water is a vital issue.
By the end of 2022, 20 out of 27 settlements or 74% are provided with centralized water supply. Of the total population of the district, 92% are provided with drinking water. According to the instruction of the head of state, 100% of the population of the district will be provided with high-quality drinking water by the end of 2025.
In 2022, a tender was held through the public procurement portal for construction and installation work on laying a water pipeline in the village of Belkop, the winner of which was determined by Monolit LLP. In 2022, construction work was started, during which 357.0 million tenge was disbursed. 90% of the work has been completed. Due to the cold snap, the facility will continue to operate in 2023. The project cost is 400 million tenge.
GAS SUPPLY
One of the priority issues of the activities of local executive bodies is the provision of gas to the population.
375 134.0 thousand tenge was allocated for the construction of the supply and intra-village gas pipeline in the villages of Belkop and Araltogai of the Aitekebi district and put into operation in 2022.
1.1 billion tenge was allocated for the supply of the gas pipeline to the village of Kumkuduk in the Aitekebi district, initial work was carried out. Full completion in 2023.
456.0 million tenge was allocated for the construction of the supply and intra-village gas pipeline to the villages of Ushkatty in the Aitekebi district, construction and installation works were carried out.
737.0 million tenge was allocated for the construction of the supply and intra-village gas pipeline to the villages of Sarat, construction and installation work is currently underway.
By the end of 2022, 12 settlements out of 27 settlements (i.e. 40% of the total number of settlements in the district) are provided with gas. Of the total population of the district, 65% use blue fuel.
According to the average repair of the highway of regional significance, the average repair of the 10-23 km section "Svetly-Kumkuduk-Zhabasak" was two years. The contracting organization is Assana DorStroy LLP. The total cost of the project is 462.3 million tenge. The disbursed funds for three years amounted to 462.3 million tenge. The disbursed funds in 2022 amounted to 154.7 million tenge. To date, a complete asphalt pavement has been laid on 13 km of the highway.
According to the average repair of the Svetly-Kumkuduk-Zhabasak highway, the average repair of the 0-10 km section was postponed to 2022, this year the contracting institution – Mekhremservice-Automatika LLP continued work. The total cost of the project is 344.5 million tenge. In 2021, 110.8 million tenge was disbursed. Disbursed funds in 2022-55.1 million tenge. The object is transitioning to 2023.
In addition, construction work has begun on the object of regional significance "Karabutak-Irgiz-Akkol", a section of 0-32 km. The contracting institution is "Ntiger" LLP. the total cost of the project is 1,130.6 million tenge. In 2022, 558.1 million tenge was disbursed. To date, 6 km of asphalt pavement has been laid, work will continue in the spring months of 2023.
Also, work is underway on the object of the 0-48 km section of the district "Karabutak-Komsomol-Severnoye-Sarat-Kyrykkuduk-Tymabulak". The contractor is B-Grass LLP, the project cost is 1,974.1 million tenge. In particular, 959.1 million tenge has been allocated for the current year. The profile of the base of the road is being adjusted, a full rubble has been laid for 30 km. The facility will be continued and completed in 2023.
After deducting the work going to 2022, contractors continued work this year, A. Zhangeldina Street in the village of Karabutak was completed and put into operation.
In connection with the restoration of 428 km of roads of intra-district significance, having concluded an agreement with Groza-3 LLP, the contract for three years for cleaning work expired in winter. The planned works were completed on time.
For the work on the installation and lighting of the sidewalk on A. Moldagulova Street in the district center of the village of Temirbek Zhurgenova, a PSD was prepared and an examination was carried out. The cost of the project is 93 893.0 thousand tenge. The general designing institution is "Aktam-engineering" LLP. A budget application has been sent to the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Aktobe region.
