For the issue of permits for emissions to the environment for objects of category II, III, IV: for 2020, 943 permits for emissions to the environment were issued. In January 2021 – 73 permits.
State environmental expertise
In 2020, 148 conclusions of the state environmental expertise were issued. For January 2021-8 conclusions (including 7 conclusions simultaneously with the permit for emissions into the environment).
This public service is provided through the e-government portal in the information system "E-Licensing".
Projects (feasibility studies and design estimates) construction, as well as projects of town and country planning environmental examination is carried out in complex non-departmental examination of construction projects or building complex examination of development projects that are carried out by experts, certified in the manner determined by the legislation of Kazakhstan on architectural, urban planning and construction activities. All documentation is submitted through a single integrated information system of complex non-departmental expertise.
The Department organizes and conducts public hearings during the state environmental assessment. In 2020, 104 hearings were held in the East Kazakhstan region. In January 2021, 10 hearings were held. Under quarantine measures, hearings are conducted via online videoconference.
