A new service for issuing powers of attorney at specialized PSCs is now available in the “PSC” mobile application.
To advance the digitalization of public services and enhance their accessibility for citizens, JSC “Government for Citizens” has introduced a new digital service, “Issuing a Power of Attorney”, in the “PSC” mobile application.
This service allows citizens to issue electronic powers of attorney for obtaining public services at specialized PSCs (such as receiving ready documents, vehicle registration and deregistration, replacement/duplicate of vehicle registration certificates, and license plates). The entire process is carried out online and takes only a few minutes. An electronic digital signature is used for signing, which ensures the legal validity of the issued document and protects personal data.
“The launch of this service is an important step in developing the digital ecosystem of public services. It makes obtaining necessary documents faster, safer, and more convenient, while also reducing the risk of fraud and third-party interference,” emphasized Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Government for Citizens.”
The use of an electronic power of attorney eliminates the need to transfer documents to third parties and minimizes the risk of dishonest actions. Direct interaction with government information systems ensures the accuracy, relevance, and automatic verification of data.
To use the service, users must log in to the “PSC” mobile application (available on App Store and Google Play) using their Individual Identification Number (IIN) and phone number.
The service fee is 500 KZT for issuing a single power of attorney.
The implementation of this digital service further enhances the convenience and security of public services for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
