New Notification Service: Citizens Can Now Check the Availability of Public Services in Advance
The Government for Citizens State Corporation has launched a new service that provides timely information on the current status of information systems of government agencies and scheduled maintenance work.
Now citizens no longer need to contact PSC employees to find out why certain services may be temporarily unavailable. All necessary information is displayed in the “PSC” mobile application, on the official website of the State Corporation, and on electronic panels in Public Service Centers.
The service automatically shows the technical status of information systems and state databases. This enables citizens to receive accurate and up-to-date information on the availability of public services and to plan their visit to a PSC or Specialized PSC in advance.
“The integrated information system of the PSC is the main platform for receiving citizens’ requests and exchanging information with government databases. The new service allows users to see in advance when services may be temporarily unavailable and plan their visit accordingly. This is another step toward strengthening transparency, openness, and trust between the state and citizens,”
said Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the Government for Citizens State Corporation.
The new notification service marks the next stage in developing open, reliable, and user-friendly digital solutions aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of public service delivery in Kazakhstan.
The service is available in the “PSC” mobile application (App Store/Google Play) after authorization using an IIN and phone number.
