Digital Solutions in the Government Corporation: From Paper Documents to a Modern Service System
The Government Corporation consistently implements digital solutions aimed at improving the quality and convenience of public service delivery. Today, these tools have become an integral part of citizens’ daily lives and a key element of the modern service system.
Continuing the development of digital services, the Corporation is introducing advanced artificial intelligence technologies. Since May 2025, a voice assistant powered by generative AI has been operating in the Unified Contact Center 1414. It provides seven automated and twenty consultative services. Since its launch, the system has processed over 230,000 calls. This technology expands the possibilities of remote service and makes it easier for citizens to receive consultations.
Mobile digitalization has also become a familiar part of interaction with public services. The “PSC” mobile application has been installed by around two million users and provides access to 79 types of services. The most popular features include queue booking, vehicle sale and purchase agreements, access to vehicle history data, and submission of requests through the e-Otinish service.
The mobile app also actively uses digital QR-tickets for visits to PSC and Special PSC centers. Since the launch of this service, more than three million electronic tickets have been issued, increasing operational efficiency and simplifying visit planning.
The Video PSC service within the app continues to expand the format of remote service: since its introduction, around 994,000 video calls have been processed. This tool is especially convenient for residents of remote regions, ensuring equal access to public services.
Digitalization within the Government Corporation has evolved from a technological initiative into a sustainable practice of modern service delivery. Today, receiving public services is becoming easier, faster, and more accessible — regardless of a citizen’s location or the time of request.
