The State Corporation has introduced a document delivery service
The State Corporation Government for Citizens has launched a service for the delivery of ready documents to a specified address at Public Service Centers (PSCs).
The service was implemented as part of the pilot project Public Service Center Manager and is available at the front offices of the State Corporation.
Now, when submitting an application for a public service, a PSC employee offers the applicant the option to have the completed document delivered to their chosen address. To do this, it is enough to provide delivery details and pay for the service on-site via QR code using a second-tier bank’s mobile application. The cost of the service is 1,990 tenge in cities of national significance – Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent – and 1,000 tenge in regional branches.
Courier delivery is available for 15 types of public services. These include: obtaining a child’s birth certificate, a certificate of divorce, duplicate certificates and archival extracts of birth, marriage, divorce, death, as well as the issuance of duplicate educational documents, restoration of civil registry records, and apostille of official documents.
It is important to note that delivery can only be requested when submitting the application at the PSC.
Once the documents are ready, the citizen receives an SMS notification from 1414 with a unique code. The courier then contacts the service recipient to arrange the exact delivery time. Upon delivery, the courier verifies the recipient’s identity using their ID card and the confirmation code.
In addition, the delivery status can be tracked in the PSC mobile application (App Store/Google Play) under the Document Delivery tab. Authorization in the app is done via IIN (Individual Identification Number) and phone number.
Thus, the introduction of the new service increases convenience and ensures confidentiality, allowing citizens to receive documents without the need to revisit the Public Service Centers.
