Kazakhstanis Can Check a Vehicle’s History via the “TsON” Mobile Application
As part of the digitalization of public services and the improvement of their quality, the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” has introduced a new service – “Vehicle History” – into the “TsON” mobile application.
The new service allows citizens to access comprehensive information about vehicles registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The report contains data on vehicle registration, existing seizures and liens, administrative fines, customs clearance, recycling fee payments, special notes, and issued technical passports.
This format makes it possible to identify hidden issues in advance, reduce risks when purchasing, and ensure the legal integrity of a vehicle. At the same time, the service helps increase transparency in transactions and reduces the likelihood of fraud in the automotive market.
To obtain the information, applicants only need to enter the vehicle’s VIN code. The report is generated in real time based on data retrieved from government databases and information systems.
It should be noted that the service is available in the “TsON” mobile application (AppStore/Google Play) after authorization using the IIN (Individual Identification Number) and phone number.
The cost of a single check is 500 KZT, with package offers available: 10 checks for 4,500 KZT and 20 checks for 8,000 KZT.
The launch of the “Vehicle History” service is an important step in the development of modern solutions that provide citizens with more convenient, transparent, and secure interaction with the state.
