More than 1.7 million citizens have used electronic coupons in PSC and special centers since the beginning of the year
The Government for Citizens State Corporation notes the growing popularity of digital services among visitors to Public Service Centers. Since the beginning of the year, over 1.7 million electronic coupons have been issued through the PSC mobile application,which significantly accelerated the service process.
The queue registration function via QR code has become an indispensable assistant when visiting Public Service Centers and special call centers, demonstrating high user activity. Since the beginning of the year, 1,764,007 coupons have been issued in electronic format through the PSC mobile application.
This made it possible to reduce the loadon the reception and increase the speed of customer service. By the way, a virtual ticket is an analog of a paper one, which assigns the recipient a place in the general queue without having to go to the front desk. You can use the service by installing the PSC mobile application on your smartphone (available on Google Playor the AppStore). Next, login to the app and select the "Ticket for the queue at the PSC" function.
Then you need to scan the QR code at the reception, select the required type of service and click "Continue". After that, the system will automatically generate a virtual ticket, and the visitor can go to a specialist after displaying his number on the information board. The state Corporation continues to work on the digitalization of services and the introduction of modern solutions that make the interaction of citizens with the state more convenient and efficient.
