Using the Video Conference service is easy.
First, you need to install the PSC mobile app (via Google Play and the App Store) and log in. Next, select the video section in the application and connect to the operator. During the video call, an employee of the Center will provide advice, assist in filling out the application and, if necessary, accept documents that can be downloaded through the chat window. If the service is paid, the payment is made online through the STB mobile application. The finished result can be obtained during a video call or at any Public Service Center.
