Receive Government Services Without Leaving Your Home or Office: How the “Personal Manager” Service Works
The “Government for Citizens” State Corporation is continuously improving the formats of public service delivery based on the needs of citizens. One of these convenient options is the “Personal Manager” service. With this service, you can access government services at a time and place convenient for you. All you need to do is submit a request — a designated specialist will arrive and help you resolve your issues without interrupting your work or personal matters.
This service is especially useful for parents with small children, individuals with tight work schedules, entrepreneurs, and people with limited mobility due to health reasons. In other words, it is designed for anyone who, for one reason or another, cannot visit a Public Service Center.
Launched in 2024, the “Personal Manager” service allows citizens to access most government services at home, in the office, or any other convenient location. However, it does not cover services such as obtaining an ID card, passport, driver’s license, or vehicle registration. A specialist will visit you at a pre-arranged time based on your request.
The cost of the service is 7,190 KZT, which includes organizational and delivery expenses.
To use the service, visit the official website of the State Corporation, go to the “Personal Manager” section, click on the “Submit a Request” button, and fill in the necessary details. After that, representatives of the “Government for Citizens” will contact you to confirm the time of the visit.
You can also request the service through the 1414 contact center. After consulting with the operators, you will receive an SMS with a personalized link where you can submit your request online.
It is worth noting that the “Personal Manager” service is also available at Public Service Centers. If you use the service there, you will receive a priority service ticket at the registration desk, and a service agreement will be concluded.
The cost of this in-center service is 5,500 KZT. This option covers all types of government services except for ID and passport issuance.
The State Corporation continues to introduce new services that consider the needs of citizens and aim to make public services more accessible and convenient.
