In 2025, the "Personal Manager in Special Centers" service was introduced in all specialized public service centers of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A personal manager serves service recipients as a priority, which significantly reduces the waiting time.
You can getto the personalmanagerbycontactingthereception of the Special Center. The personalmanagerreceives service recipientsout of turnanddraws up documentsforcarregistration,registrationandde-registration of vehicles, and issuance of stateregistrationplates.
Whenchoosing a service, the visitor is directedto a personalmanager,whodraws up a contract,draws up documentsandsendsthemforexecution to anauthorizedstatebodyin a generalmanner.
