The Government for Citizens State Corporation applies effective measures to prevent corruption.
The Compliance Control Service has been operating in the State Corporation since 2021. Its activities are primarily focused on complying with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation, identifying and preventing corruption and fraudulent risks, and implementing prevention tools based on international standards.
In2023-2024, theServicereceivedmore than 400messagesthroughproactiveinformationchannels,noneofthem went unnoticed. In addition, the Servicecarried out more than 230comprehensiveinspections of counterpartiesfortheirtrustworthinessandmore than 2,000inspections of employees of the State Corporation for thepresenceorabsence of a conflict of interest,whichallowedabout120potentialviolations to be prevented in advance.
Topreventrisks,includingcorruptionandreputational ones,corporateanti-corruptionprograms have been implemented, and internalanalysis of corruptionandfraudulentrisks is regularlyconducted in order to minimizethem.Thisallows us to prevent the implementation of risks,ensuretransparency of businessprocesses, and consistentlyfoster a culture of honestyandtrustamongemployeesandcustomersintheprovision of public services. The currentcompliancecontrolprogramscontribute to the formationof an atmosphere of intolerancetowardsoffenses in the GovernmentforCitizens State Corporation,andregulartraining of employees in anti-corruptionethicsand the availability of internalchannelsforappeals,includinganonymous ones,helpsmaintainhighmoralstandardswithin the company.
Compliancecontrol has become an importanttool for protecting the company's internalenvironmentfromcorruptionandreputationalrisks, and a guaranteeofsustainabilityandtrustin the provision of public services.
