An alternative way to refuse loans and credits appeared in Kazakhstan
Now, citizens of Kazakhstan can voluntarily ban bank loans and micro-loans through a Single Contact Center. To do this, just call the short number 1414.
To block the issuance of borrowed funds, dial the number 1414 from a mobile device registered in the database of mobile citizens. After selecting the language of communication (Kazakh, Russian), the intelligent voice robot will specify which service the subscriber has requested, and a description of the service can be made in any form. For more accurate recognition of the request, it is recommended to use the following phrases when applying: "loan waiver", "loans ban", "loans refusal application", "loans online closure", "loans blocking shutdown" and other similar formulations.
