The Akimat of the Tupkaragan district informs that in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan of Socio-economic Development of the Mangystau region for 2021-2025, applications for a competition to determine participants in the installation of mobile pavilions for doing business, the sale of agricultural products and goods of local producers, as well as the sale of socially significant food products have begun on the territory of the Tupkaragan district.
The main conditions of the competition
1. additionally, a competition is held for mobile pavilions specified in the list, one of the main conditions for obtaining which is the sale of agricultural products and goods of local producers and socially significant food products at approved marginal prices. Mobile pavilion-will be built from the entrepreneur's funds.
1.1 in case of winning the competition, the Entrepreneur is obliged to build a commercial mobile pavilion no later than 12 months after signing this agreement with the lessor in accordance with the sketch agreed with the State Institution "Tupkaragan District Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Land Relations;
2. holds the competition only at the following address, established by the akimat of Tupkaragan district:
2.1. the city of Fort Shevchenko, B. Mayauly Street (stop opposite the store "Ainamkoz")
2.2. Sayyn Shapagatovsky rural district M. Yelubaev Street plot No. 111/2 (along the road opposite the Naualy store)
2.3. Akshukur village B. Sarsenov Street plot No.152 (opposite the mini-market "Aktilek")
2.4. Akshukur village, B. Kozhashev Street, plot No. 11/3 (the soul of the Zholaman Medical Center)
2.5. Sayyn Shapagatovsky rural district, A. Bekenzhanov Street, near plot No. 107 (along the intra-village asphalt road descending from 22 kilometers to Tumyshev Street)
3. in case of receipt of several applications to the pavilion at the same address, the winner will be determined by a point method:
3.1. When planting 100 willow branches-5 points.
3.2. each person employed under state programs is assigned 1 point.
4. it is strictly prohibited:
4.1. to make changes to the sketch agreed with the State Institution "Tupkaragan District Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Land Relations";
4.2. sell or lease;
4.3. expansion of the land plot and change of configuration.
5. list of documents to participate in the competition:
5.1. application;
5.2. identity document/certificate of a legal entity;
5.3. Business Plan;
5.4. a copy of the certificate (coupon) confirming the status of an individual entrepreneur;
5.4. the application includes a statement in which the entrepreneur agrees to all the conditions
, it is necessary to add a notarized letter of guarantee with confirmation.
Applications are submitted to the State Institution "Tupkaragan District Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture" at the address: Fort-Shevchenko, N. Ongalbaevich-1 in an envelope with a list of necessary documents.
