The following works are carried out on construction: ensuring state and public interests in the field of construction, informing the population about the planned development of the territory, acting as a customer for the construction, reconstruction and repair of objects of district communal property and social facilities, preparing the necessary documents for the design and (or) construction of objects, holding public procurement tenders for them, organizing work for the construction of water pipes, sewage treatment plants, heating and electrical networks and other objects of transport and engineering infrastructure, housing of the communal housing stock of the district, as well as objects being built at the expense of the state budget, the implementation in the interests of local public administration of other functions assigned to public institutions with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
