The following works are carried out on public services: development of proposals for amendments and (or) additions to the register of public services provided to individuals and legal entities in terms of public services falling within the competence of the state (local) executive body, ensuring automation of the process of rendering public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the authorized body in the field of informatization, ensuring the optimization of the process of providing public services in coordination with the authorized body in the field of informatization, conducting internal control over the quality of public services related to the competence of the state (local) executive body, ensuring interaction with non-governmental organizations during public monitoring, conducting analytical work on the execution of orders for public services in the offices of village akims, rural districts and district departments, organization of meetings, training seminars on the provision of public services, the public services monitoring department submits materials and documents on supervised issues for consideration by the akimat and akim of the district and the report of the akim of the district, responsibility for the performance of a given task and compliance with the work regulations.
