The following works are carried out on entrepreneurship: organizes the activities of expert councils on entrepreneurship issues under the akim of the district, performs the functions of a working body of the commission for the accreditation of associations of private entrepreneurs, participates in all activities conducted by the Headquarters of Rapid Response to price increases in the district consumer market, monitors and analyzes the price setting for food and industrial essential goods, tracks stocks and routes of food products from wholesale suppliers, and also participates in all stabilization programs of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organizes and performs work on the allocation of temporary retail outlets and sites with persons who have shown interest in selling goods, vegetables- fruits, soft drinks and agricultural products located in the territory of the district in common land use, concludes a memorandum with entrepreneurs on the allocation of territory in public places for temporary use for the installation of children's and adult entertainment attractions for the recreation of residents and guests of the district, organizes round tables, seminars, forums, contests, fairs, exhibitions on support and development entrepreneurship in the district, monitors ongoing investment projects in the district within the framework of the industrial - innovative development of the region, predicts the agro-food complex of the district and analyzes its condition, identify the place of street trade, implement and organize measures in the direction of development, carries out measures to ensure food security, carries out measures to develop tourism, prepares measures to create favorable conditions for trade activities in the district.
