The following works are carried out on land relations: preparation of proposals and draft resolutions of the Akimat on the provision of land plots for private ownership and land use, except for the cases provided for by the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, registration of ownerless land plots, making proposals for the withdrawal, including through redemption, of land plots for state needs, except for cases stipulated by the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots, approval of the estimated value of specific land plots sold to private ownership or provided for land use by the state, organization of land management and approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots, preparation of proposals for the development of district programs for the rational use of land, increasing soil fertility, protection of land resources in combination with other environmental measures and ensuring their implementation, preparation of proposals for the development of plans for the land and economic structure of the territory of the settlements of the district, preparation of proposals for the transfer of agricultural land from one type to another, making proposals for the organization and conduct of auctions (tenders, auctions) for the sale of land plots or rights of land plots that are state-owned and not provided for land use, conducting an examination of district programs, schemes and projects affecting the use and protection of land, drawing up the balance of land in the district, keeping records of owners of land plots and land users, as well as other subjects of land legal relations, organization of land cadastre on the territory of the district, issuance of passports of agricultural land plots, drafting lease and sale agreements of land plots, preparation of proposals for issuing permits for the use of land for survey work, development of building rules and other documents, regulating issues of construction, reconstruction, restoration, capital repairs, landscaping, landscaping, control over the progress of construction and repair of industrial and civil facilities and other facilities, control over the work of construction facilities, implementation of other functions assigned by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
