Request and receive from executive bodies financed from the local budget, territorial divisions of central state bodies, legal entities the necessary documents, materials and information;

To appeal to executive bodies funded from the local budget and territorial divisions of central state bodies about the need for inspections and official investigations into violations of regulatory legal agreements on women's affairs and family and demographic issues;

To submit proposals to the Akimat and the akim of the district on draft acts on women's affairs and affecting family and demographic interests;

Representatives of executive bodies financed from the local budget, territorial divisions of central state bodies and legal entities have the right to invite to the meetings of the commission to consider issues related to the competence of the commission.

Based on the results of consideration of citizens' appeals, mass media reports, the Commission may send materials for consideration by executive bodies funded from the local budget, territorial divisions of central state bodies to make a decision on the merits.
