The following work is carried out on land relations: preparation of proposals and draft resolutions of the akimat on the provision of land plots for private ownership and land use, with the exception of cases stipulated by the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, registration of ownerless land plots, submission of proposals for the seizure, including by purchase, of land plots for state needs, with the exception of cases stipulated by the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots, approval of the estimated value of specific land plots sold into private ownership or provided for land use by the state, organization of land management and approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots, preparation of proposals for the development of district programs for the rational use of land, increasing soil fertility, protecting land resources in combination with other environmental measures and ensuring their implementation, preparation of proposals for the development of plans land management of the territory of the district's populated areas, preparation of proposals for the transfer of agricultural land from one type to another, submission of proposals for the organization and holding of tenders (competitions, auctions) for the sale of land plots or rights to land plots that are in state ownership and not provided for land use, conducting an examination of district programs, schemes and projects affecting issues of land use and protection, drawing up a balance sheet of the district's lands, keeping records of land owners and land users, as well as other subjects of land legal relations, organizing the maintenance of the land cadastre on the territory of the district, issuing passports for agricultural land plots, drawing up lease and sale and purchase agreements for land plots, preparing proposals for issuing permits for the use of a land plot for survey work, developing development rules and other documents regulating issues of construction, reconstruction, restoration, major repairs, improvement, landscaping, monitoring the progress of construction and repair of industrial and civil facilities and other objects, control over the operation of construction sites, implementation of other functions assigned by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
