He has been regularly participating in blood donation campaigns conducted by the advisory body for several years. Recognized as demanding, fair, and professional in his service, he is also active as a volunteer. Civil servants not only organize clean-up days, gardening and cleaning campaigns in the region, but also take an active part themselves. These initiatives of theirs serve as an example of service to society through the formation of an ecological culture. In addition, assistance to social institutions, large families, and pensioners has become part of their volunteer work.
In addition, the interaction between government officials and voluntary social activists is growing. A number of departments subordinate to the Akimat of Mangystau region, together with youth organizations, universities, colleges and schools, organize various events. This, in turn, contributes to the formation of a positive attitude towards public service among young people.
Voluntary initiatives of civil servants are an important tool for strengthening mutual trust between society and the state and promoting social justice. Therefore, volunteering is not just an additional task, it is a necessity that must become an integral part of a modern civil servant.
