According to the results of 6 months of 2025, 79 complaints were considered at the production of the Office for Control in the Field of Public Service of the territorial department.
As a result of the complaints, relevant decisions were taken to protect the rights of 22 citizens and civil servants. The Control Department of the Department for Civil Servants and Citizens reviewed 16 unscheduled inspections.
According to the results of 6 months of 2025, the Control Department restored the rights of 18 civil servants.
In particular, the collective application of 10 civil servants of the Department of Administration of courts in the Mangystau region was considered. The statement asked to restore the rights of civil servants due to the fact that the annual leave schedule has not been approved. During the audit, it turned out that the applicants' schedule of regular vacations for 2025 had not been approved by their employer.
In accordance with this, the territorial department submitted a submission on the elimination of the identified violations based on the results of the inspection carried out in the direction of control, as a result of which the rights of 10 civil servants were restored.
In addition, among the complaints reviewed by the Department for monitoring conduct against ethical standards on the part of a civil servant named M, in relation to a civil servant named A in the team, the employee was presented with an idea of imposing disciplinary measures and received an appropriate measure.
As a result of the audit, representations were submitted to the Office of the Akim of the Mangystau region, the Department of Digital Technologies of the Mangystau region and the Department of Justice of the Mangystau region on the issue of bonuses due to civil servants, and the rights of 3 civil servants were protected.
In addition, disciplinary penalties imposed on a civil servant in the Munaili district by the State Revenue Department have been lifted. At the same time, the restoration of the civil servant's rights was carried out by submitting a submission based on the results of the audit.
In connection with the admission to the civil service competition by a civil servant named Sh., a corresponding positive decision was made.
