Mission, main tasks, functions, rights and obligations of the state body
Mission of the state institution"Department of Internal Policy of the Munailinsky district": implementation of state policy and functions of public administration in the field of internal policy of the Munailinsky district.
Responsibilities:
1) implementation of state policy to ensure internal political stability, unity of the country and consolidation of society in the district;
2) providing clarification and promotion of the annual Messages of the President to the people of Kazakhstan in the district;
3) conducting social and political research aimed at forecasting the socio-political situation in the district.
Functions:
1) ensuring control over the execution of acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, instructions of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions, decisions and orders of the akim of the region and the akim of the district;
2) implementation of political and strategic planning, coordination of the work of state bodies on domestic policy issues, development of a unified action plan;
3) interaction with political parties, non-governmental organizations, religious associations, trade unions;
4) ensuring the effective implementation of state social orders for the implementation of socially significant projects, including conducting competitive procedures and monitoring the progress of projects;
5) provision of information and organizational assistance to the secretariat of the Small Assembly of People of Kazakhstan;
6) organization and holding of actions, seminars, round tables, meetings on the use and promotion of state symbols on the territory of the district;
7) ideological support of socio-political, cultural and mass events;
8) providing methodological assistance on the application and promotion of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
9) analysis of the practice of propaganda and use of state symbols, processing and collecting information, development of proposals for improving work in this area;
10) exchange of official correspondence with state bodies and other organizations on issues within the competence of the state institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Munailinsky district";
11) implementation of other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Rights and obligations:
1) to request and receive, in accordance with the procedure established by law, information from state bodies and other organizations necessary for their activities;
2) implementation of the use of subordinate property on the right of operational management;
3) exercise other rights and obligations within its competence in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3, Organization of the activities of the state body
1) determines the duties and powers of employees of the state institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Munailinsky district" within its competence;
2) appoints employees of the state institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Munailinsky district" in accordance with the current legislation
and frees;
3) motivates and imposes disciplinary penalties on employees of the state institution " Department of Internal Policy of the Munailinsky district " in accordance with the procedure established by law;
4) issues orders within its competence;
5) represents, within its competence, in state bodies and other organizations, the interests of the state institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Munailinsky district" ;
6) carries out anti-corruption in the state institution "department of internal policy of the Munailinsky district", for which he establishes personal responsibility;
7) exercise other powers in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The execution of the powers of the first head of the state institution " Department of Internal Policy of the Munailinsky district " during his absence is carried out by the person replacing him in accordance with the current legislation.
4, the property of the state body
The property of the state institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Munailinsky district" is formed at the expense of property transferred to it by the owner, as well as property acquired as a result of its own activities (including monetary income) and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
