The state institution "Munayly district employment and social programs department" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that exercises leadership in the field of employment and social protection of the population in the territory of Munayly district.

The Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Oil District operates in the followig main directions.

• in the field of employment:
• Ensuring timely and high-quality provision of public services in accordance with the standards and regulations of public services;
• implementation of regional and district programs of activities by helping to provide employment to the population, reducing poverty and providing employment to target groups;
• organization of additional measures for social protection of citizens in employment of the population;
• reception, recording and registration of citizens with employment inquiries;
• organization of job placement, professional training and social support of unemployed citizens;
• referral of unemployed citizens to paid social work;
• selection of enterprises, institutions and organizations to conduct paid social work, training for professions in accordance with the demand of the labor market, creating conditions for the unemployed to undergo paid social work and professional training;
• to make a proposal to local executive bodies to employ the population, including the unemployed in the target group, and also to reduce the unemployment rate;
• help unemployed citizens to organize self-employment and other types of employment;
• the situation and forecast of the labor market, formation of a set of databases on the labor market.
• in the field of social cooperation:
• ensure the work of the tripartite commission on social partnership within its authority.
• in the field of social protection of the population:
• identification of persons in need of social assistance and keeping their personal records;
• implementation of the state social policy in ensuring social rights of citizens and providing specific social assistance to residents, supporting families, protecting mothers, children, disabled people and their family members and other ranks of the population;
• appointment and payment of state social assistance;
• appointment and payment of social assistance for maintenance of housing and payment of utility bills;
• organization of social assistance works for citizens of individual categories who need it according to the decision of local authorities;
• provide assistance to citizens from the socially weak ranks of the population, low-income citizens, mothers with many children from state and non-state foundations and other social protection categories of the population and keep records
• social, psychological and medical rehabilitation of disabled people, implementation of regional and district programs and implementation of basic measures for their integration into society;
• providing social assistance for fuel to specialists in the field of health care, education, social security, and culture living in rural areas;
• organization of provision of technical assistance (replacement) tools and (or) special means of transportation to disabled people in accordance with the individual program of rehabilitation of the disabled;
• Organization of provision of social assistance at home to disabled children up to 18 years of age who need the help of another person with disabilities through the department for providing social assistance in their homes in the district according to the conclusion of the Psychological-Medical-Pedagogical Commission;
• appointment of guardianship for persons over the age of majority, appointment of a guardian and guardianship for persons of legal age who are recognized as incapacitated and have limited capacity to act, and who are unable to exercise and protect their rights and fulfill their duties due to health conditions;
• coordination of relations with regional, city, district authorities, public associations, institutions and organizations, charity funds and other socio-cultural structures in order to support pensioners, all groups of residents who need state support with minor children;
• to support and provide assistance to the services of public associations of veterans and disabled people;
• organizing and holding charity events;
• "Department of Oil District Employment and Social Programs" takes appropriate measures for digitalization in the state institution.
