In the sphere of housing and communal services, the department carries out the following types of work: implementation of state policy in the sphere of housing and communal services, management of the housing stock in the district; ensuring state control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation on housing and communal services and other design documentation; coordination of works on preservation of the housing stock and engineering communications in the district; ensuring inclusion of energy saving and energy efficiency measures in the district development program; issuance of a passport of readiness of heating boiler houses of all capacities and heating networks (main, intra-quarter) for operation in the autumn-winter period; implementation of measures to subsidize the cost of services for the supply of drinking water from especially important group and local water supply systems, which are the only sources of drinking water supply according to the list approved by the authorized body; ensuring the organization of measures to preserve and properly operate the state communal housing stock; implementation of state control in the sphere of housing stock management; organization of distribution of housing of the communal housing stock; provides housing to certain categories of citizens in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan; implementation of the transfer of housing from the communal housing stock to the ownership of citizens on the terms stipulated by the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the manner determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan; organization of work on control over the activities of the management bodies of the condominium object for the preservation and proper operation of the housing stock; ensuring control over the implementation of measures to prepare a residential building (residential building) for seasonal operation; implementation of organization and control of the work of state communal enterprises in the relevant field of activity; implementation of work to improve the quality of the provision of public services related to the field of activity on the territory of the district, ensuring their availability and compliance with the provision of public services.
