Civil Registry Office of Aktau Relocated to a New Address

    The Mangystau branch of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” informs that starting from June 12, 2025, the Civil Registry Office (formerly ZAGS) of the city of Aktau is now receiving citizens at a new address:

Aktau city, 34th microdistrict, Building 9, House of Friendship, 1st floor.

Previously, the Civil Registry Office was located at: Aktau city, 14th microdistrict, Building 71, Wedding Palace.

All civil registration services are now available at the new location, including birth registration, marriage and divorce registration, paternity establishment, name changes, death registration, and more.

Office hours:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 06:30 PM
Lunch break: 12:30 PM – 02:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday – Closed

The Mangystau regional branch of the State Corporation apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the relocation and thanks residents for their understanding.
