The following activities are carried out in the field of culture: the creation of state cultural organizations of the district in the field of theater, music and cinema, library and museum affairs, cultural and leisure activities, as well as the coordination of their activities, the organization of work on the accounting, protection and use of historical, material and spiritual monuments culture of local importance, the implementation of socially significant events in the field of culture, within its competence, the coordination of activities and organizations of culture district, as well as shows, festivals and competitions among amateur creative associations, certification of state cultural organizations of the region.
