The following activities are carried out on entrepreneurship: creation of legal, socio-economic, financial conditions necessary for the formation of a developed infrastructure of entrepreneurship;  active participation in the provision of soft loans and other forms of financing of business entities;  the formation of a system of information support and services for business entities;  the development of tourism and the tourism industry, the organization of an event to implement state programs, implement the state policy of support and development of private entrepreneurship;  create conditions for the development of private entrepreneurship; ensure the creation and development in the region of infrastructure facilities to support small business and innovation;  provide government support at the local level for private enterprise;  to carry out, within its competence, state control over compliance with the maximum allowable retail prices for socially significant food products; develop and implement measures to achieve a minimum standard for providing the population with retail space; analyze and monitor the activities of enterprises on the development of entrepreneurship and trade in the region, regardless of  forms of ownership and departmental subordination.
