On land relations, the following is carried out: placement of approved projects for the land and economic structure of the territory of settlements on special information stands in places accessible to the population; the formation of a special land fund, submission for approval of projects (schemes) of land zoning to the district representative body, development of strategic development plans, preparation  draft decisions, orders of the district akim and resolutions of the district akimat in the field of land relations, compliance  the relevant standards and regulations for public services and administrative procedures, development of land and economic devices in settlements projects, including agricultural land, transferred to the rural executive bodies for approval by the relevant representative body and ensure their implementation.
