The following activities are carried out in the field of housing and communal services: monitoring the activities of the management bodies of condominium facilities for the maintenance and proper operation of the housing stock in the district, the implementation of state programs in the region within the competence established by law, the implementation of state policy in the areas of housing and communal services, organization  construction, reconstruction and repair of water supply facilities, treatment, drainage systems, sewer, heat,  ektricheskih networks and other objects of housing and communal services and improvement;  organization of work on the lighting and maintenance of street lighting networks, improvement and greening of regional territories.
