The following works are carried out on housing and communal services: implementation of state policy in housing and communal and road construction- transport industry, organization of works on construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of district significance, streets of settlements in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement and concessions, implementation of state control during the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of public roads of district significance, streets in cities of regional significance and other settlements within the districts, organization of technical inspection of the common property of the condominium object, determination of the list, periods and the order of carrying out certain types of capital repairs of the common property of the condominium object, coordination of the cost estimates for carrying out certain types of capital repairs of the common property of the condominium object, submitted by the management body of the condominium object, financed with the participation of housing assistance, preparation of proposals to local executive bodies for expansion, technical re-equipment, modernization, reconstruction, restoration and overhaul of the structure of engineering-transport communications.
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 67 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", dwellings from the communal housing stock or dwellings rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock are provided for use by orphans in need of housing and children left without parental care permanently residing in this locality. For registration in cities of republican significance, the capital requires permanent residence for at least three years.
An orphan child or a child left without parental care under the age of 29 has the right to queue for housing from the state through the egov portal.kz and NAO "State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (PSC).
To receive an online service, you must have an electronic digital signature (EDS).
Conditions under which you may be refused:
- You are not an orphan or are in the care of your parents;
- You lost your parents or their care after you reached the age of 18;
- You are over 29 years old;
- You have your own place.
