The following works are carried out on education: organizes the acquisition and delivery of textbooks and educational and methodological complexes of educational institutions implementing general educational programs of preschool, primary, basic secondary and general secondary education, provides additional education for children, provides the organization and holding of school Olympiads and competitions of scientific projects in general subjects, district-scale competitions, directs funds to provide financial and material assistance to students of state educational institutions from families eligible for state targeted social assistance, as well as from families that do not receive state targeted social assistance, in which the average per capita income is below the subsistence minimum, and orphans, children left without parental care, living in families, children from families requiring emergency assistance as a result of emergency situations, and other categories of students and pupils, determined by the collegial management body of the educational organization, in the amount of at least one percent of the budget allocated for the current maintenance of secondary schools, organizes, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, medical care for students and pupils of educational organizations, except for pre-school, organizes, in accordance with the procedure provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, free and preferential meals for certain categories students and pupils, carries out educational monitoring, organizes the ordering and provision of educational organizations implementing general educational programs of basic secondary, general secondary education, forms of state-issued documents on education and monitors their use, provides staffing for state educational organizations, provides methodological guidance to psychological services in educational organizations, issues a permit for training in the form of an external course in organizations of basic secondary, general secondary education, ensures the functioning of reference schools (resource centers), organizes and conducts a competition for the vacant position of heads of state secondary education organizations (hereinafter - competition) is also organized by a state institution, organizes and conducts certification of heads of educational organizations implementing educational programs of primary general, basic general or secondary general education, with the exception of special and specialized education, as well as preschool and extracurricular organizations, identifying the level of compliance of the competence of a teacher with qualification requirements to establish and confirm the appropriate category, expansion of the motivational sphere of activity of a pedagogical worker for the design of personal achievements, encourages employees for success in work and achievements in the field of education and science.
